I worked at JCF Capital Markets as an intern (Less than a year)
Pros : I enjoyed my time and JCF Capital Markets LLC. Each member of the team was very friendly and helpful. Communication went a long way to improve upon what I was doing and to seek knowledge beyond my position's assigned responsibilities. Justin was great! He has a work hard, play hard mentality. Implemented a incentives program to push work efficiency and also planned team activities i.e. Happy Hour, Lunch, etc. JCF Capital Markets is a good place to gain exposure and work with a close, tightly knit team.
Cons : Parking was a struggle at times.

JCF Capital Markets gives you one of the best opportunities to gain meaningful work experience in the industry while getting excellent training and hands on involvement with deals. It was very stimulating to be able to work one on one with various members of the JCF team, have discussions and add direct operational value to investment banking deals. The encouraging, supportive and collaborative workplace culture made everyday enjoyable and made you feel like a valuable member of the team. The opportunities to grow and learn here are truly extraordinary.
